Nicholas A. Marino
Nicholas A. Marino, Esq. (Delaware Law School, J.D. 1980, Moot Court Honor Society) concentrates his practice in all aspects of criminal law, matrimonial law, and family law.
He appears regularly in all the courts throughout Long Island, Queens, and all other boroughs of New York City . Previously Mr. Marino was a New York State Prosecutor serving as an Assistant District Attorney with the Bronx County District Attorney's Office, finishing there as a member of the Major Offense Bureau. Upon leaving the District Attorney's Office, he practiced law with the law firm of Parola, Fuerstein & Gross, which became Parola, Gross & Marino, P.C. and which is now known as Parola & Gross.
Mr. Marino is also a Past President of the Nassau County Criminal Courts Bar Association, a Past Member of the Board of Directors on the Nassau County Bar Association, and he is currently a member of the Judiciary Committee, the Grievance Committee, the Criminal Courts Law & Procedure Committee, and the Matrimonial Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association. He also lectures for the Nassau County Bar Association through the Nassau Academy of the Law and the Speakers Bureau / Lawyers I the Classroom Program. He has also served the youth of his community as a member of the Board of Directors of the Huntington Tri-Village Baseball League.
Mr. Marino is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the Nassau County Criminal Courts Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
